Postage

Orders are sent twice weekly from Melbourne, Australia using tracked postage.

Postage is calculated according to Australia Post rates using the weight of the fabric purchased.

International parcels are sent using Australia Post's International Standard Post service.

Combining orders

Yes! Provided I haven't packed your previous order yet, I'm happy to combine the orders and refund the postage difference.

Why some fabrics are pre-cut

I'm determined to live my values and support local business, but also want my fabric to be as affordable as possible. The fabric I print in Australia is printed in small quantities and even a half a metre wastage means that it actually costs me money to sell it to you! I love my local fabric printer and will happily print whatever yardage of my advertised pre-cut prints you'd like on request. The wait time is usually 2-3 weeks.

Swatches

I don't have swatches of my prints as I order very small one off amounts from the printer. If you're interested in a swatch of the base fabrics I sell (i.e. what does Cotton Oxford feel like?) please use the Contact Me form.

Damaged or faulty fabric

I'd hope this doesn't happen, yikes! Please do contact me if something isn't right and we'll work out how to fix the problem.
